  • WHAT ARE ACCREDITED COURSES?
    Accredited Courses are those that are reviewed, recognised and monitord by ThinkTree Hub in order to make sure that they meet specific criteria and quality standards. The requirements for the courses to be accredited are set out in the process for accredited and cpd courses. Once proposed courses meet the requirements set out in the mentioned document, they are listed on the accredited courses page of the website and will approved by major insurance companies.
  • WHO IS THINKTHREE?
    ThinkTree is an International Professional Association for complementary therapists, practitioners of all modalities, course providers and the public who are seeking professional health treatments, CPD and Accredited courses. ThinkTree aspires to create happier, healthier people by bringing together the worlds of medicine, therapy, SPA/wellness and training through an innovative membership hub for practitioners, education providers and the public.
  • WHERE ARE YOU OFFERING THIS COURSE - WHICH VENUES?
    We offer different dates via booking e-mail: lumpaikummoo@hotmail.com AND all of the venues around the UK. We have various venues to choose from, over 15 locations which are easy to travel to both by public transport or car. We will confirm the date and the venue by e-mail. In-House Training If you are a salon, college, spa or hotel requiring in-house training, please email us as we can organise a trainer to come to your location with 4 or more students. We have a long history of offering high quality in-house training with experienced tutors who can come to you. Our courses are fully recognised and accredited making them fully insurable for the therapist to use professionally.
  • DO I NEED TO BRING A MODEL WITH ME TO THE CLASS?
    You do not need to take anything with you to the 2 day classes, all massage matts, towels and equipment are provided. You need to wear a therapist tunic or comfortable clothing.
  • HOW CAN I BOOK & PAY FOR THE COURSE?
    If you are interested in our courses and want to pay for it, please follow the steps below 1. Please give us a call or send us an e-mail to londonspaschool@gmail.com to book for availability. 2. We will confirm with the details and send you information of bank transfers 3. After you already transferred, please send us evidence of payment 4. You receive confirmation and you are good to go!
  • CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY"
    Once you have booked a training course you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm the booking (for booking made within office hours). Outside of these hours; confirmation will be sent on the next working day. You will be given access to your course within 48 hours of booking (72 hours if booked on a weekend). You will be able to start the online home study at this point. If you do not access your home study materials within 14 days of booking, you will be eligible for a refund. If you access your course materials within 14 days of booking, you will no longer be eligible for a refund of any fees paid. After 14 days of booking you are no longer eligible for a refund of any course fees paid. Please ensure you have read the full booking Terms and Conditions before making any booking. By paying your deposit/ full payment you are confirming that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions
  • WHAT WOULD BE THE SCORE PERCENTAGE TO PASS THE LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE?
    A Certificate of achievement will be awarded on successful completion of an on-screen multiple choice quiz (Pass grade 80%)
  • QUALIFICATION PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
    All training should be completed as soon as possible, but within 6 months of date of booking to ensure best opportunity to complete the award.
  • COMPLAINTS
    We are keen to ensure all students gain the most from their training experience. In the first instance, please raise any difficulties or concerns with the tutor on the training day(s) as most issues can quickly be rectified at the time. However, in the unlikely event your training course with us does not meet your expectations and you feel unable to raise this with the tutor on the training day, please email londonspaschool@gmail.com with the details of your feedback or complaint. This email must be received in writing within 5 days of your training course. We take all feedback and complaint very seriously and this will be investigated as required. You will receive a response in writing within 5 working days
  • MEDICAL CONDITIONS
    Please make us aware of any health conditions and/or medications currently taken that may affect your practical training or assessment days. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not allow students who are pregnant to partake in practical training or assessment days. The ONLY exception of these are Nail and Make-up courses. You may be required to bring a model to your training, please call us the day before your training to confirm if this is required.
